The Reigate Wednesday Morning Class is the most accessible Foundation class, designed for new students and those with health issues.
It is an excellent introduction to both Qigong and Tai Chi.
Foundation Class:- Taiji & Qigong @ all Levels 10.30am – 12 noon
Foundation Classes are currently open approximately monthly and cost £15 per class: Please bring a Blanket or Towel for Floor work:
